The Best Window Cleaning Solutions
If you have left your home in darkness for long enough, it is time to step into the light and look at window cleaning solutions. One great tip is to remove any fixtures that give off artificial light – it is much cheaper to get your windows clean instead and have natural light flooding into your home.
Did you know that you can indulge in your own window cleaning solutions effortlessly? It has to be said though that some people prefer to ask the pros to come over. Other people would rather do window cleaning themselves, and they can often pick up some tips from the experts. What many people don’t realise is that a window cleaner’s tool is basically his squeegee, so why can’t you do the same job as the pros?
When starting out with your window cleaning solutions, it is important that you look for the right materials to use. Some people head to a store and look for the right items to buy, or some can just look round their house and find exactly what they need. Some of the basic things you need are extension poles and a trusty bucket that doesn’t leak!
Now that you’re ready, be sure to put some window cleaning solution into a bucket of warm water and then you can start. To avoid streaking, don’t put too much liquid mixture in the bucket. After the liquid is mixed sufficiently it will be ready to applied to the window. Get the foam sponge and then put some of the mixture on it in order to rub it on the glass panes. In some cases you might find it appropriate to use a scrubber when you have some stubborn dirt to remove.
If the glass panes are at great length, the extending pole will make it convenient for you. Putting it where it is extremely filthy and where cobwebs have already thrived might be difficult, so try spraying with a garden hose first which will automatically eradicate the grime. If you don’t have a scrubber to hand, a worn out cloth is often very useful. Using this requires more force and you’re likely to get a better cleaning result after using it.
After everything, make sure that there will be no droplets left on the glass panes since it will only spoil your hard work. Naturally, you will want to minimise streaks so make sure you clean downwards and follow one direction at all times. Also, do not wipe the wet areas with anything that is dry, just let it evaporate.
